In her spare time Alex teaches weekly yoga classes at Kinship in Highland Park, loves to cook healthy meals at home and explore local restaurants. Her favorite way to blow off steam is with a long hike in the local mountains, followed by a good read or lighthearted flick with her partner and two dogs at her sides. If she had to choose, her favorite getaway is a camping trip with loved ones in the National Parks, or an oceanside eco-lodge somewhere in Mexico.
