Ed has been selling real estate since 1988 and has specialized in Equestrian Properties and land sales in the Shadow Hills and La Tuna Canyon neighborhoods as well as also working in the neighboring cities of Lakeview Terrace, Sunland/Tujunga, La Crescenta and the nearby foothills.

Ed has enjoyed helping countless people achieve their dreams of selling or buying a home as well as establishing long time relationships, even with their animals. Ed has a construction background and a carries a contractor’s license which comes in very handy for home evaluations and creative visions for buyers.

Ed works very hard for his clients in helping achieve their goals. After over 30 years of real estate experience, he has established long standing relationships with lenders, escrows and termite companies and all the trades to help his clients accomplish their goals of selling or buying a home.

Ed has extensive knowledge of the area and individual zoning which is especially important in the Equestrian District determining current and future values and possible building options. There are many local trails to know about and little nuances that make this area unique and special.
