Deasy Penner Podley Welcomes Partner Francesca Fondevila

deasypennerpodley is excited to announce Francesca Fondevila as a new agent to our Hancock Park family.

Francesca developed her love of real estate while shopping for her first home in 2018. Having grown up in Hancock Park, then spending ten years in Los Feliz, she has a special love for neighborhoods and communities. After getting her dream home in the hills of Glendale, the hunt didn’t stop and hasn’t to this day.

Her constantly explorative mindset led her to obtaining a degree in Philosophy from USC, with a minor in Art History. Francesca had a successful jewelry line carried in top Los Angeles retail stores that was featured in film and television, is an artist, and has had her art shown in a few galleries.

She has a passion for art, architecture, and beautiful environments. She is excited to take this passion and use it with her clients to find and create the home of their dreams. Francesca has a special eye and takes in a multitude of considerations that can be easily overlooked to help ensure her clients are getting the best value.

Francesca couldn’t have imagined a better pairing than with deasy penner podley. “Home as Art” couldn’t be more true.
