Raised in the artistic enclave of Los Feliz in Los Angeles, California, Josephine Tataryan is a Hollywood native. She began her career in interior design working for one of the most renowned designers in Beverly Hills. This rare opportunity exposed her to designing for a large celebrity client base on one-of-a-kind homes, office suites and wellness spas. Many of the designs have been featured in notable trade magazines such as Architectural Digest.

Josephine’s love for design and architecture soon grew into the business aspect of real estate, where she took off in the world of sales and negotiation with high-end listings and multiple sales in the Southern California area. This business savvy, coupled with Josephine’s lifelong travels to the most remote and exquisite cities in the world, has cultivated within her an ability to hone in on the personal style of her clients, making home buying a positive and life changing experience.

Specializing in the niche neighborhoods within Hollywood Hills, the Sunset Strip, Malibu and Downtown Los Angeles takes a real estate agent who knows the current market trends as well as up-and-coming areas. Her business plan for clients is geared toward investment into properties with high-income yielding potential in the shortest amount of time. Josephine has built her client base stemming from new clients, first-time buyers and referrals, who recognize her ability to match investors with hot properties, exceeding expectations in any given transaction.

Never one to walk away from challenges in her career, Josephine suits the needs of her clients while obtaining top dollar for properties or helping them purchase the most that money can buy in any economic market. Whether one is concerned with privacy, lifestyle or investment opportunity, Josephine can guide her clients through complex transactions for the most rewarding buying or selling experience.
