Henry Blackham’s 30 years of residential real estate experience, passion and knowledge is evident in his dealings with clients, transactions, and the properties he has designed, renovated, restored and sold.

Henry is a real estate agent and is also owner, designer and builder of Revisioned Homes, a residential architectural renovation and restoration company. He brings a unique vision to his clients on how to maximize the potential and value of a property. In both the renovation process and in the real estate transaction, Henry’s candor, knowledge, attention to detail and eagerness guides his clients through the process with ease.

Henry’s knowledge of design, construction and the ever-changing market brings vision and value to his clients, as well as to the properties he buys and sells. He loves people as much as architecture and design and thrives on bringing the two together. Because of his experience as a designer, renovator and investor, he has the ability to bring the right people to the right properties, and also help clients on both the buying and selling side to realize the most potential and value of their property. He has a keen ability to understand his client’s preferences and deliver what appeals to them.

He is a graduate of Art Center College of Design. His architectural renovation and restoration has been published in several publications including the Los Angeles Times and Old House Interiors. His work has also been featured on the internationally attended Modernism Week Home Tours in Palm Springs. He and his restored, renovated Mid-Century Alexander homes in Palm Springs appeared in the film, Mid-Century Moderns: The Homes That Define Palm Springs.

Henry works with buyers and sellers in Los Angeles, Pasadena and Palm Springs. He believes a home is the world we create for ourselves, and he takes pride in matching the right people to the right property and providing the vision and road map, maximizing all possibilities.
