The James Eads How House, designed by forward-thinking architect Rudolph Schindler, was declared a historic cultural monument in 2007 for its distinctive international style. Meticulously restored, the Silver Lake showpiece retains its clean lines, scaled rooms and geometric beams and woodwork. A garden originally designed by modernist architect Richard Neutra lies within the grounds.
