What: At some point in it’s recent life, the owner of this c.1928 3-bed, 3-bath Beverly Grove bungalow gave it a charmingly simple Baroque facade, walling much of the front in classic style, with stucco and wrought iron between the garage and living room. A variation on the kind of facade you’d find in UNESCO World Heritage sites like Cuernavaca and Morelia, it creates a welcoming, private patio that connects directly to the living room (at top).
