Take a Peek at the Neutra VDL Studio and Residences

Today, we take a peek at the VDL Research house built by Viennese-American architect Richard Neutra and his son Dion Neutra. Located on Silverlake Boulevard, across from the Silver Lake Reservoir and Meadow, the house was Neutra’s family home and studio for nearly three decades. The house is currently owned by Cal Poly Pomona and maintained by its College of Environmental Design. In 2017, the Neutra VDL House was named a National Historic Landmark by the U.S. Department of the Interior.
