deasypennerpodley is excited to announce Gregory Hwee as a new agent to our Pasadena family.

An explorer at heart and a self-proclaimed art and nature-lover, Greg has a passion to push boundaries in helping the community around him. With 15 years of management and business development experience in hospitality, real estate, and healthcare, Greg’s interests in real estate include helping people age well in their home and serving others with their real estate needs. He is grateful to be a part of the Deasy Penner Podley family.

On his days off, Greg enjoys backpacking (he loves the Sierras), going to the beach, and spending time with his family and friends. He is also a co-founder of Eldies.org, a non-profit organization promoting compassion and companionship through intergenerational activities. He is a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist® and holds a master’s degree in Aging Services Management from USC and a bachelor’s in Economics from UC San Diego.
