Deasy Penner Podley Welcomes Partner Imran Chaudhry

deasypennerpodley is excited to announce Imran Chaudhry as a new agent to our Pasadena family.

As a resident of Pasadena for over 20 years, Imran possesses a wealth of knowledge about the San Gabriel Valley and the Greater Los Angeles region. Imran realized his passion for real estate when he designed and built his first single family dream home. Ever since, he has been transforming homes as a leisure pursuit, more importantly, he has been helping clients either find their dream home or help them get maximum return on their property. Imran says, “I realized over the years that my ‘true calling’ is real estate. Identifying properties for either first time or seasoned buyers or helping someone seeing the potential to create their dream home is a natural talent that I have, so why not help my clients!” Imran believes in actively listening to his customers’ needs and identifying their wants, so he can help them sell their home at the highest value or find them their ideal home at the optimum value.

Prior to starting in real estate, Imran had spent many years working at the executive level of several Fortune 200 companies in Technology, Services and Healthcare sectors, leading business operations across North America and Europe. Imran holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Southern California (USC) and an Executive Business Management degree from UCLA. He is an avid traveler and has been to over 85 countries around the world, which he believes has given him a greater level of appreciation for global real estate, cuisines, and cultures.
