A skilled listing agent and negotiator, Michele Giffin brings more than 20 years of real estate experience and extensive local knowledge to Deasy Penner Podley in Pasadena. She attributes much of her success in real estate to her passion for serving her clients, her long-time residency and involvement in the greater Pasadena communities and her prior career experience as a marketing and event coordinator.

An agent since 2000, Michele’s steadfast commitment to the greater Pasadena area has provided her with an exceptional knowledge of the local communities, which she proudly shares with her clients. Her previous experience as a marketing and event coordinator has greatly enhanced her ability to market her property listings successfully.

Michele understands the importance of keeping her clients’ best interests at heart. Her reputation for honesty, trustworthiness and fairness are the cornerstones that define her character and competence. Her clients find that she has a unique ability to identify what is truly important to them and create swift results that fulfill those desires and dreams. Always working on expanding her knowledge and client services, Michele is an accredited Home Staging Specialist and Certified Relocation Specialist.

Michele strongly believes in giving back to the community and has served as the Chairman of fundraising for many organizations over the years including, The Door of Hope, Pasadena Heritage, PCS, Maranatha, Union Station, and Treasured Little Children. She enjoys all that Pasadena offers, from supporting the local Farmers’ Markets to walking with friends at The Huntington Gardens. Michele is an active member of the Pasadena Foothills and National Association of Realtors.
