In Los Angeles, a Remixed Craftsman Bungalow Lists for $1.9M

by Kathryn M.

Near the Del Rey and Mar Vista neighborhoods in Los Angeles, this 1937 Craftsman-style bungalow has been revamped with a decidedly modern facade and a concrete addition at the rear. Inside, the communal spaces have been joined to create a massive great room.

Outside, a yard wraps around the home, complete with raised vegetable beds and a garden shed in the rear corner. A deck also provides an area for outdoor seating in addition to the front porch.
