By Philip Ferrato

Where: 13061 Hartsook Street, Sherman Oaks
When: Sunday, November 6th from 1:00PM-4:00PM
Asking: $1,465,000

The designer recently closed her eponymous Larchmont Avenue shop to concentrate on real estate design and staging, and her years of experience show through in this austere but chic renovation.
