What: One of the best remodels we’ve seen in a while, this classic postwar, 3-bed, 2-bath board-and-batten cottage now has a low-key, simple vibe.

We were especially impressed with the tightly-organized kitchen (and graphic Moroccan tile floor) that’s open to both the dining area and the yard.
