Alright, so Tujunga isn’t exactly in the middle of the hip action like your Silver Lakes or your Venices, but this place is worth venturing off the beaten path a little. Built in 1955, the residence sits on a little over a half-acre of land, atop its own little hill, giving it the away-from-it-all serenity of the foothills mixed in with the timeless coolness that so many mid-century specimens exude. The three-bedroom house has wood floors, beamed ceilings, clerestory windows, and, in many rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows.

Outdoor spaces include house’s wide deck is somewhat shaded by pines, and there’s also a patio as long as the house. There is the slight issue of the house having just under two bathrooms (one full, plus a three-quarter bathroom), but for many, that might not be a huge issue. This sweet, 1,658-square-foot pad is asking $670,000.
