Partners Henry Blackham and Maureen Erbe are a realty team specializing in buying and selling architectural and design-centric properties in Pasadena, Los Angeles, and Palm Springs. Erbe+Blackham also restore and renovate properties for resale through their company Revisioned Homes. They represent sellers and buyers and bring 30 years of experience in real estate transactions, architecture, renovation, interior design, and marketing to their clients.

Erbe+Blackham’s properties have been featured in the LA Times, Curbed, Wallpaper, This Old House, and in the film, Mid-Century Moderns: The Homes That Define Palm Springs. They have represented properties by noted architects including William Krisel, John Pugsley, Smith + Williams, Theodore Pletsch, and Robert Finkelhor in a variety of styles of architecture from Spanish Revival to midcentury modern and contemporary.
Henry is a graduate of Art Center College of Design and spent many years as a busy advertising photographer before turning his part time passion for architecture, design, and real estate into his full-time career. He believes a home is the world we create for ourselves, and takes pride in matching the right people to the right property and providing the vision and road map to maximize the possibilities.
Maureen currently serves on the Board of Directors of Palm Springs Modernism Week and is also Curator of Modernism Week’s Signature Home Tours. She too is on the Benefit Committee for the LA Conservancy. She is founder of Erbe Design, an award-winning branding design firm she operated for 25 years prior to making her passion for architecture and real estate her full-time focus. A marathon runner and avid collector of whatever catches her eye, Erbe graduated Cum Laude in Design from UCLA and continued her education at Art Center College of Design.
