Constant Top Producer, Sharon Alosi began her career as a real estate agent over 20 years ago not only because of her love of real estate, but also to take advantage of the career’s flexible hours as she raised her two children. Prior to finding her passion in real estate, she was a preschool teacher for 10 years.
As fate (and talent) would have it, however, today those once “flexible hours” frequently find her working all day, every day for her many extremely appreciative clients. Sharon’s career path to Podley Properties included co-ownership of another successful Southern California firm, Fred Sand Real estate, which was bought by ERA in 2001. Once again she founded another company, North Hills Real Estate, and once again, it was purchased by another company in 2007, this time Podley Properties. As a 36 year resident with expert knowledge of Glendora and surrounding communities, she was an immediate and valuable asset to the Podley Properties Glendora office.
Sharon works almost exclusively from client referrals and repeat business. A lot of repeat business. In fact, Sharon still regularly talks with the first client she worked with after earning her real estate license back in 1990. She is noted for her listening skills, outstanding knowledge of the real estate industry in general and local homes and market conditions in particular, along with her ability to keep clients updated and “in the loop”.
Sharon is a firm believer in networking and maintaining open lines of communication with outside agents in order to achieve their mutual goals of outstanding sales, service and integrity. When not using her extensive training and experience on behalf of her real estate clients, Sharon and her husband collect food and raise funds for local families in need and host renown barbecues for family and friends.
